NEW NOISE MAGAZINE LIMITED EARLY RELEASE BENEFITTING 'TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS'
newnoisemagazine.com/exclusive-stream-sic-waiting-active-alumni-song-proceeds-going-to-twloha/

All proceeds from the limited early release of this song will go to the nonprofit organization TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS. TWLOHA is an organization dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. Over the years, a number of people around Sic Waiting have dealt with these issues. They're dark, dangerous issues that require real treatment. No amount of help is too small, so thank you guys for doing something good today!

It will only be up for a week (09/21/15-09/28/15).

ACTIVE ALUMNI

Once again there are dark clouds coming in/as the angels call to collect on our sin/What's even left of this God-forsaken mess?/Circumcised battle cries, a couple songs and fuck the rest/Or so we say/It seems I'm fading faster than my disaster/Each time we get it right we fade right after/One thing I've learned: without a fire there ain't a burn/and I admire all you bastards, but I won't turn/Or repent for the lifetimes that we've spent/as clowns for hire just spinning tires in wet cement/If I've learned one thing it's that everybody leaves/Everyone will leave but me/I've come to terms, and I concede/I've got a ghost of good times following me/I admire all you bastards/and I hope you're getting yours/but the lifers get it worse/and I won't turn
