It’s hilarious the absurdity
Such conviction but obscure to me
Inept brilliance, separate wavelengths
Follow quickly where the wave takes
New adjustments, guard the namesake
Pledge means nothing just a phase
Mix it in, let it settle
Sip it slowly, faint and fall
Into a let down
Drink it up, hard to swallow
Where’s it going? I’m enthralled
With another let down
Open minded but still sturdy
Your sales pitch is way too wordy
Your neck tie hollers “trust me”
So I glare with bulging eyes
Still I don’t drink what you’re serving
All your speeches like a sermon
I feel drunk off your words
I won’t listen, just observe
Mix it in, let it settle
Sip it slowly, faint and fall
Into a let down
Drink it up, hard to swallow
Where’s it going? I’m enthralled
With another let down
Solid in a place that has no bearing anymore
It appears to me you’re just inadequate and worthless
I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward
A very solid and sing-a-long worthy album made by an extremely underrated punk rock band. This album brings back vibes of 90s melodic skatepunk in the vein of No Use for A Name and Strung Out. I strongly recommend buying this album if you are a fan of that style of punk. Frank Fratto
SO stoked these guys are back with a new album! This does not disappoint whatsoever, and in my opinion it's their best work yet! Don't sleep on this release if you are into melodic skatepunk. iloveblink182
