Racing to the next one
I can see and feel the distance grow
I can hear the silence telling me that you don’t know
Now I’ll have to wait, the process…the strain
Can’t just sleep this away and wake up the same
To hope it’s okay
My cry for help was denied
You swore that you would make it in time
An empty promise, a lie
No deep depression and no surprise
So I have to say, make your mistakes
Can’t just live your life plain and keep it the same
And think it will change
But how can I hide how can I make it on my own
Meet me in the middle… I’m already there
Will you come to me?, I’m waiting please, help me
Ride this one out or
Ride this one out or let go
You planned this for so long
So it seemed you were prepared
Now glancing at mirrors makes you scared
Different than the last time
The reflection’s just not the same
I escape and survive
Separate myself from your sick game
Choose to live without
A choice I made and will stick to
And now with nothing left, I don’t regret
Upset? No way… You?
But how can I hide how can I make it on my own
Meet me in the middle… I’m already there
Will you come to me?, I’m waiting please, help me
Ride this one out
Ride this one out
(This is for you, this is your ending notice)
I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward
A very solid and sing-a-long worthy album made by an extremely underrated punk rock band. This album brings back vibes of 90s melodic skatepunk in the vein of No Use for A Name and Strung Out. I strongly recommend buying this album if you are a fan of that style of punk. Frank Fratto
SO stoked these guys are back with a new album! This does not disappoint whatsoever, and in my opinion it's their best work yet! Don't sleep on this release if you are into melodic skatepunk. iloveblink182
